CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To provide the best service to all clients and respect everyone’s time, I kindly request at least 6 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 6 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. If you are running late, please call or text as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may incur a fee.
